01 how
We built a clarified butter processor in our own shop.
We run it ourselves. Controlled heat, filtration, clean fills. Every batch gets logged.
We sell the ghee it makes, by the 35 lb pail. The machine isn't for sale.

This is our working spec. The one we issue with each shipped lot is what actually applies to it.

We build machines and sell what they make. We don't sell the machine. It's the reason we can charge $3.20 a pound.
It does work people used to do by hand. Less labor and fewer steps means a lower price per pound.
It runs the same steps on every batch, so one pail matches the next.
It logs the source, production, filtration, and fill as it goes. Any pail traces back to its lot.

Product and business
Cameron is from Fort Worth. He taught business and technology at Dunbar High School, then founded NewCraft, a Y Combinator company that Modern Health bought in 2021. He went to Sam Houston State and played Division I basketball there.
Process and engineering
George is a physicist. He founded Sinovia, a Y Combinator company that manufactures flexible OLED light film, and was its CTO. He studied physics at Yale and did his MS and PhD at Stanford. He takes processes that work in a lab and makes them work cheaply at scale.
